Details you choose to send

Our contact, analysis and service request forms collect your name and email, plus any phone number, business name, website, message, industry, Maine region, search challenge, budget and goal you provide. Order requests also record your selected service and billing option.

How we use them

We use these details to answer the request, prepare an analysis or quote and follow up about the requested service. Sending a form does not enroll you in a newsletter. Our on-page topic assistant runs in your browser; contact details are sent only when you submit a form.

Providers and storage

Vercel hosts this site. Cloudflare Turnstile processes verification information to help prevent abuse. Brevo sends inquiry emails and receipts and may keep a contact backup. Email forwarding delivers inquiries to our team. A private Supabase database stores a backup of submitted inquiries and their email notification status. These providers process information to operate those services.

Retention and choices

Our default retention period for inquiry backups is 24 months. Cleanup scheduling is still being implemented, so automatic deletion exactly at that point is not yet assured. Email and service records may remain longer where needed for an ongoing conversation or service obligation. Ask for access, correction or deletion by emailing support@maineseo.company.

Browser preferences

We do not use advertising analytics on this site. We do not change our processing in response to a Do Not Track signal. Verification and hosting services may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site.
